1

Charge the speaker modules

  1. Plug one USB-C end of the cable into each speaker module.

  2. Plug the other end into a USB-A wall adapter or computer.

  3. The small light on each speaker module shows a steady blue light while it charges.

Attach the speaker modules and wear the cap

The speaker modules snap onto the magnetic strip on each side of the cap. To attach:

  1. Make sure the Left (L) speaker module goes on the left side.

  2. Make sure the Right (R) speaker module goes on the right side.

  3. Snap each speaker module onto the magnetic strip.

  4. Put on your cap.

Tips for attaching speaker modules

  • The back of the speaker modules will show "L" for Left or "R" for Right.

  • The circle power button should be facing toward the cap brim

  • The rounded speaker fence should be facing down

3

Turn on the speaker modules for Bluetooth pairing

  1. Press and hold the round power button on the side of each speaker module for about 5 seconds, until you hear “Power on.”

  2. Once both speaker modules are on, your Greyer cap automatically goes into Bluetooth pairing mode.

  3. Move to the next step when you hear “Pairing” and the power button lights flash blue in a loop: three flashes, a pause, then three flashes again.

Tips for Bluetooth pairing

  • Make sure you hear “Power on” from both speaker modules. The sound is quiet, so you might not hear it unless you are wearing the cap.

  • Both speaker modules need to be on. They pair together and show up on your phone as one device.

  • If you don’t hear “Power on” and no light turns on, press and hold the power button again for about 5 seconds. If that doesn’t work, charge the speaker modules (Step 1).

4

Connect to your phone with Bluetooth

Make sure both speaker modules are on and ready to pair first (you’ll hear “Pairing” and the lights flash blue three times, pause, and repeat).

  1. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings. On iPhone, go to Settings, then Bluetooth.

  2. Look for “TheGreyer” in the Bluetooth device list.

  3. Tap “TheGreyer.” When you hear “Connected,” your cap is paired.

Next time you turn on both speaker modules, your cap reconnects to your phone automatically.
